Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can help a variety of symptoms and conditions such as:  anxiety, anger, depression, OCD, weight management, trauma, smoking and vaping cessation, menopause, phobias, pain management, panic attacks, PTSD, confidence, fears, driving anxiety, insomnia, sleep deprivation, irritable bowel syndrome, public speaking, obsessive behaviours, unwanted habits, motivation/procrastination. (This list is not exhaustive).

Julie is trained in Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy which uses practical and modern, well researched clinically proven techniques to help clients make significant positive changes to their lives. Julie works in collaboration with her clients and together they look at the solutions to presenting symptoms or problems.  

Julie is registered with the National Hypnotherapy Council, Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy Association and is fully insured.  She undertakes monthly supervision to ensure she practices safely and within the parameters of her qualification and experience. She has a full and enhanced DBS certificate.  

How it works?

Julie provides a calm and reassuring approach treating each person with kindness and compassion.  Sessions take one hour and it is customary for 8-12 visits to take place on a weekly basis following an Initial Consultation. Smoking cessation is one two-hour visit and phobias take three one-hour visits.
